As all roles in retail require staff to be flexible there isn't set working hours or a specific set of hours at lidl, they can be either early starts so from 5am, to afternoon shifts so from 12noon and evening shifts from 3pm up to 10pm when the store closes and sometimes till 11pm if they need you to stay after the shop closes. So if you want to work in the food side of retail then expect those kind of shifts, if you dont like them hours then try clothing retail where they mostly operate 9-5
