Yes they will still hire you, its spent and it's 6 years and over and after 6 years its definitely spent and probably won't appear on the check they do if they do one at all as I know they don't do checks on sales assistant roles but I think they do for duty management or store management positions just because of the added responsibilities you have as management dealing with cash, the safe and being a key holder, but I wouldn't worry too much.
The only thing that matters in Lidl is this: Are you willing to sacrifice personal life, leisure time, family time and educational aspirations, to work for Lidl?
A good way to ask yourself this question is: If Lidl made you work 140 hours every week, would you ever quote your rights?

530 Starts in the morning 11 oclock finishes and sometimes after you have been on a close u get put on an early start its extremly tiring ! Or you get papped on a till for 10 hours or more ! Witch isent right you go brain dead after 4. You dont get any thnaks you dont get bonuses any treats nothing !!!!!!!
Larceny sounds very serious. If the role requires you to get access to money databases and bank accounts or cash then it is not the appropriate role for you. However, it is the company's decision.
