  • Go undercover into any retail store and start at 5am. Lets see you lead by example, lets see you "WORK SMART"!

  • Please look into how employees are treated. Lots of bullying going on on stores. Contracted hours no meet as SM and DM prioritising store productivity with any care whatsoever how it affect people income and lives.

  • Sort your charge hands attitudes out at your new distribution centre in motherwell. And maybe stop all the drug use there by workers on shift aswell.

  • More employees on shifts, people before profit.

  • The reviews speak for themselves. Sadly many CEO's and higher management don't care about staff as long as they're getting the high salary.

  • Stop expecting far too much from the staff. And actually look into who you employ.
