Extremely demanding
Is well paid, extremely challenging place to work. Worked for over 5 years, I had 4 different head of sale 3 different area managers and 3 regional directors.
Pros
Good experience how to work under extreme pressure
Cons
Long hours, 50h week. 47.5 contract but unpaid breaks

Unreal
You earn every penny! Very understaffed you’ll be doing the job of 3 people so be prepared to work very hard. Pay was good with 10% discount for staff. The people you work with make the job and these guys work hard for their money with little or no thanks from supervisory management.

Lidl pays very well as a company, but the expectation of 50+hours a week is the reason why. Also you rarely finish at the rota'd time and are expected to stay. Realistcally not worth it.
Pros
money
Cons
Poor working conditions
