Answered by Lifeways Group11 July 2017We would recommend that you first spend some time visiting our website www.lifeways.co.uk and visit the several case studies and videos about being a support worker so that you have a familiarity of what being a support worker is like. From here you can also find out more about our business as a whole. On the day of the interview, it is important that you remember to bring all the documentation that we have asked you to bring with you. Our aim is to keep interviews quite informal but make sure that you arrive in a timely manner and look presentable as first impressions count for a lot. Above all, try to relax and be yourself and don't be afraid to ask questions.
