Underpaid (salary was £17500 PA) each month I was lucky to come out with min wage. Lack of support from head office, as a team leader I had no training to support me in my role and I had almost no support from management.
Sickening bad practise and imbeciles as managers , worst thing is , they do not care for anybody . Where the h.... do they find so many sick and horrid managers ? There is something wrong with managers who enjoy and go out of their way to make staff miserable at the expense of the client stuck in the middle and disregarded . Absolutely disgusting .

Rubbish from beginning to end , even replies to reviews or questions are a load of contrived nonsense . Leave well alone if you want a good job with decent management . So called " Lifeways " is so removed from this . Absolute b.......t of of a company with ignorance and bullying thrown in . Happy mix to a disaster.
Why do you always imply it is the employees or ex employees short coming when they complain about you ? For example , you often say , " this job is not for everybody and we are commited to finding the right people for the role " You never look at the review and take responsibility , it is always somebody else . No wonder people have such a low opinion of you when you cannot even be honest and acknowledge that alot of employees have had a terrible experience being employed by you . Everything about the experience with you is frustrating and the replies which are supposed to resolve make it clear there is no hope with you . Dreadful company clearly .
Very bad news for employees and clients . Unskilled , unprofessional , deluded , lazy , manipulative and selfish service manager .
Stop with your b......t replies , and properly listen to the majority of very unhappy employees or ex employees . You do not care about staff or clients . You are a disgrace .
Lifeways appalling reputation is infamous , therefore I was not expecting the best job in the world . However they still managed to make me speechless at how bad they are . I had a little optimism and lifeways managed to be a crushing disapointment . They seem to employ baffoons as service managers and not only are they stupid they seem to enjoy bullying people . Really do not work for them . Sadly the service user was lovely and they spoilt it for him too . Total bast....
As far as I am aware you cannot stoop any lower than lifeways .A service user will be the plus point and this service user deserves better than this disgusting company also .
A most dreadful company , do not bother with them . Nothing but a big fat zero and a blinding headache .
