Tiring but enjoyable

Support Worker (Current Employee) - Chatteris - 26 September 2023

Get up wt 7am and then finish at 10pm,i feel like my manger doesn’t listen to their staff, the hardest part if the job is the long hours. The most enjoyable part of my job is that seeing the pws have a smile in their face

Although it was easy work, I worked on the bank and got plenty of extra hours due to management not wantinv to do so if was stuck for workers. You was Given the managers work to do as extra and clean to High standards which left little time to spend with the PWS. When we actually did it was nice to get out and not be stuck in, the pws loved getting out but hardly ever went out into the community. Never paid correctly if you did extra hours, never did get it sorted out. Management haven't a clue what they're doing, expected too much in the little time you have!! Hence 0* for management

Lifeways don’t take responsibility their staffs always take the fall. Not really a good place to work however it depends on which of their branches you are working
