Lifeways Group Employee Review

Not much communication. Long hours, no appreciation

Most staff are great to work with. Unfortunately don't get enough praise and thanks for working long hours. No incentive to keep going. Opportunity to do nvq in job. Best part of job is seeing pws smiling and living their best lives.

Would not recommend

Although it was easy work, I worked on the bank and got plenty of extra hours due to management not wantinv to do so if was stuck for workers. You was Given the managers work to do as extra and clean to High standards which left little time to spend with the PWS. When we actually did it was nice to get out and not be stuck in, the pws loved getting out but hardly ever went out into the community. Never paid correctly if you did extra hours, never did get it sorted out. Management haven't a clue what they're doing, expected too much in the little time you have!! Hence 0* for management

Lifeways don’t take responsibility their staffs always take the fall. Not really a good place to work however it depends on which of their branches you are working

Enjoyed it a lot. You work with good people and can be really helpful and fun but shifts are long and it depends where you work as each service is different but training is good
