What is the best part of working at the company? Absolutely nothing. This company was awful What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Management no support at all . The attitude towards staff was herdendous What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Awful company . The cilents was amazing to work with What is a typical day like for you at the company? Stressful no support at all . Long hours

Not a nice environment,no teamwork and neglect of residents

Management dont listen and favour staff due their cultural background. Residents support needs are not met and funded hours are not provided. Training is not completed properly leading to alot of medication errors. Teamleaders bully the supprt staff and make fun of the residents. Completely disgusting place to work

Loved working for lifeways but staff shortages constantly. Expected to be in work for 3 days running at times ..work life balance awful. Great team but not much support from management.

No support off management what so ever, they never get back to you, you have to chase them up all the time. If you want to feel appreciated for your dedication to your work done come to lifeways.
