Relaxed and not very formal.
Upon joining the NHS you were evaluated upon your skills, i.e: Word, flexibility, adaptable to change and given a chance to illustrate that.
Now it is a 'Point Scoring System' where job re-emerge after a period of 6 months due to reasons unknown by myself.
A focus needs to be placed upon employing the right person to the right job. Not looking back, working forward, taking on new ideas for employment skills. Anybody can say anything upon an application form, there is a big difference in 'Making a Difference.'
