The culture is dire! The more incompetent you are the better you progress in this trust. The good staff are kept down in their banding as it’s then they really need! The management is absolutely appalling!!
Very poor incompetent mangers who are more concerned about figures/data than providing a quality service.
Inefficient management who struggle to communicate effectively with staff.
The rules often change to suit targets at the cost of the quality of service to service users.
