The culture is dire! The more incompetent you are the better you progress in this trust. The good staff are kept down in their banding as it’s then they really need! The management is absolutely appalling!!

LPFT continually works hard to create a supportive and positive culture across the whole organisation. Culture is created by its people's values and behaviours, and rightly so, all staff are expected to work within the trusts values and behaviours each and every day. Working in mental health can be extremely difficult, but at the same time, one of the most rewarding environments in which to work.
