it's not the best place to work, as they are only worried about cleaning and money. The staff, when I was there, was great but the management was pretty awful.

Muchísimo estrés, siempre con el salario mínimo. Esta bien para empezar...pero nada más. Los jefes normalmente son malísimos, no tienen ni idea, y te hacen ser la mala siempre

Ok place to work but wouldn’t return !

Management (Former Employee) - Dublin, County Dublin - 12 June 2023

I worked in links for a number of years . I gained a lot of experience but was very micro managed and stressful . You would be watched on cameras and owner would ring for silly small things , you were afraid you were being watched all the time - definitely not allowed to do this . I overheard the operations manager (daughter of owner) make comments about myself and staff . it was always Very pressurised and expected to work over time , sometimes didn’t get a lunch , would be expected to be in 2 places at once . Wouldn’t pay you if worked extra but got docked if 5 minutes late . I enjoyed my centre and the staff I worked with but the higher management need to give themselves a good look in the mirror .
