Recruiter (Former Employee) - Manchester, Greater Manchester - 10 May 2023
Very poor management, my training was watching someone do their job for 2 days and then expected to just get on with it and know everything, the management in Manchester is poor and they think they can speak to you how they want, was glad to leave after a short period of time.
Pros
Got the salary I asked for
Cons

Parasitic Bilkers
General Labourer (Former Employee) - Manchester - 24 August 2022
Refuse to provide relevant documentation detailing confirmation of hourly rates and expected duration of work prior to the start of placement, this is so they can mislead you verbally which gives them 2 weeks before their obfuscation becomes apparent when you receive your first payment, rates were not as advertised and several hours were unaccounted for.

Awful work place *Toxic environment *
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 5 May 2022
Linsco isn’t the best place to work very toxic and competitive. People who think they are better then you, not enough support when in need of help. Feels like being back at school just a very clicky environment and people like to gossip.

Keep me up to date with any suitable work in my area.
Traffic Marshall (Current Employee) - Warrington - 4 May 2021
I have worked for many agencies in my area over the past few years and Linsco have proved to be one of the better ones, my pay has been sorted if it was wrong, they do let you no of any new work coming in and give an accurate description of the duties required on site.
Pros
Don’t force umbrella pay companies down your neck.
Cons
May expect you to travel long distances at your own expense.

The best agency in the world!
Labourer (Current Employee) - Coventry, West Midlands - 3 September 2020
I have worked for this company for nearly a year as a Labourer in the West Midlands area. I have done lots of jobs in the past, with various recruitment consultancy’s. I can honestly say this is the BEST AGENCY in the WORLD!! All the staff are brilliant, so helpful and don’t think about themselves, but their priority is YOU! All the staff are like your friends and are one cohesive unit. They get you the job and they sort everything else out, you have no worries!! So efficient!
Pros
Top consultants, good pay, no worries

Not bad
Labourer (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 13 April 2020
Not bad but they could do with paying everyone on the same grade the same wages , also they tend to tell the employees loads of lies just to get them to go to sites for one day

Unstable
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Warrington, Cheshire - 26 February 2020
Unstable company with lack of management skills. No support or training your just expected to get on with it. No HR. No internal processes. Low commission. Bad office vibes

I applied and got work immediately, which is fantastic!
Temporary Administrator (Former Employee) - Warrington - 6 January 2020
Temporary agency not usually specializing in office work. Not always truthful but it worked out well over-all. They had no idea what I was doing for the client - they would've charged them a lot more if they had.
Pros
Trusted me to get on with it and manage my own relationship with the client, got work immediately at a lovely company.
Cons
Role wasn't defined when I got there, my experience carried me through.

Worst ever
Labourer (Former Employee) - Manchester, Greater Manchester - 22 November 2019
Disrespectful woman on phone an don't pay when job done. Don't send you the relevant link to opt out of holiday pay scheme... Instead ask you over the phone so you believe it's done.. Till payday but now you'll have to wait until next week. Joke.
