Nice products, poor senior management, PLC culture
My manager was a really nice bloke, really supportive at times of need and ask him to do something he would get it done or point you towards someone who could get it done. I have worked at listers for coming up to 6 years. The company offers good company benefits including car scheme, private healthcare.Working at Listers you will be in a fast paced environment however the colleagues make the days better. There is a great team ethic and everyone is always willing to help others.

Long hours and no recognition
Management are clueless and have not got an idea about their jobs and have been promoted/or applied for their positions.Listers reputation will suffer in the long run with this style of management. Very much a boys club and if your face fits etc.

First impressions were good however that didn’t last unfortunately.
