Poor work life balance

Used to be a great place to work but senior management have taken an unfair approach to work life balance. Hours are long and breaks and finish times are never on time. Senior Management are now discriminating against people who have children and those who have disabilities by stopping condensed flexible hours and trying to remove remote working. The company was moving towards a great well being culture but has now back tracked.

The company has huge potential but is spoilt by micro management, cronyism and sniping.A lot is expected with a regular working pattern being 5 days in, 6 days in 5 days in etc,They have some amazing people and if you fit in the potential in huge, you are more likely to be rewarded for who you are rather than what you've done.Pay and benefots are adeqaute, but a lot of the very good benefits are out of th eprice range of most employees.

Ok place to work but promotion can be slow , have to be buddies with senior managers to get further in your career, not open to accepting persons wanting to move from branch to head office

Avoid if you need flexibility

Was previously a great place to work with plenty of flexibility and good people at the top of the company. Sadly the new CEO and HR director have got some very backward views on how a company should operate and have inexplicably removed compressed hours and introduced a mandated 2 day minimum office working per week
