Call centre fun
Call centre environment with high customer call volumes. Great colleagues to work with and fully support each other. Difficult to deal with some customers as can be very rude and derogatory and you have to learn not to take it personally. Great satisfaction knowing that I have fully helped and supported a customer and they end the call happy.
Pros
Benefits package - flex reward and annual bonus

Great place to work
Great environment , with lovely people. Love to work for Lloyds banking, very flexible , approachable managements and good pay and benefits. I've being developing myself at the company since i started, but unfortunately there's no many opportunities to grow in the company and now I am on risk of redundancy along with other colleagues, i fell that its time for a change.
Pros
Flexible hours

One step forward and two steps back!
The company is very good and they have good benefits .... If , unlike me ,you manage to get hired by them (they outsource nearly all jobs to temps, so no benefits) The jobs are decent (been in a few roles) But the staff, though friendly, are hugely deflated due to lack of proper management and constant issues. Managers have their heads up their backsides and like to walk around with their big boy suits and financed bmw & Mercedes pretending to play big boy bussiness man ... When in reality they are just wasting time and money making poor decisions which affect the staff..... Many understaffed positions due to staff leaving for being undervalued or overworked . All in all, lex autolease is a doss...... 'Fur coat no knickers'

Hours
Cons
Idiot managers
