Excellent workplace . Loved working here. Great management. Keep it up . Salaries are a bit low but it’s not as stressful as any other banks . Offices are a bit drab though.

They have redundancies every year.Management are just puppets, and scared of losing their benefits, company car etc. so they are yes people and filter like a drainpipe.benefits are good, but what's the point if management give you stress.They talk about Diversity / equality and seeing is believing. It just does not exit. They have their faviorites.
