If you were in charge, what would you do to make London Borough of Barnet a better place to work?

I would build a strong teams, whereby we communicate via regular team meetings, I would allow training to allow staff to feel confident within themselves when lone- working.
staff request to be not only understood but there needs are met. no work place can function if the team isn't working together.
