I have acquired excellent communication skills.

Sort manager’s emails using Outlook and responding to those relating to meeting requests.
Picking up on high priority emails from MPs, Councillors, Ward Members and correspondent letters from TfL and the members of the public and making sure they are logged tracked and followed up using the in house database system (PAL)
Divert emails requiring urgent action to appropriate delegates.
Operating a brought forward system in paper and electronic format using Outlook.
Arranging meetings internal and external and organising refreshments.
Taking minutes.
Undertaking word processing duties, including formatting documents, typing of letters, reports, spreadsheets and Power Point presentations as required.
Handling telephone calls and enquiries of schemes and consultations from members of the public and forward them on to the appropriate person or department.
All add hoc duties which include binding of documents, photocopying, faxing, scanning documentations as required and store electronically into management filing system and archiving. Assisting with organising department events.
Liaising with management on a day to day basis and providing support and holiday cover to the Deputy Director whilst his PA and secretary are away.p
