Handling telephone calls and enquiries of schemes and consultations from members of the public and forward them on to the appropriate person or department. All add hoc duties which include binding of documents, photocopying, faxing, scanning documentations as required and store electronically into management filing system and archiving. Assisting with organising department events. Liaising with management on a day to day basis and providing support and holiday cover to the Deputy Director whilst his PA and secretary are away.p
