London Grace is a nice, clean and good looking nail salon. The owner Kirsten and her HR team are absolutely professional and very creative. Mostly of the salon managers becomes from a nail tech, even they don’t have any idea how to manage other people and provide best customer service. Unfortunately no one from the HR look after their behaviour in the store. They trust immediately every one who became a manager. That’s the big problem in this company. The results are visible - a lot of the experienced nail technician left, a lot of regular clients never come back.

Fun and welcoming place to work

I’ve just started at London Grace as a Nail Artist and have to say the team are so welcoming. I’ve enjoyed performing the treatments as the products are great (free from nasties) and they only offer dry pedicures (so no water). Lots of opportunity to progress!

Professional and incredible nail salon experience

London Grace is where one can have an extraordinary nail salon experience without having to compromise even a bit on the quality of service, healthy nails , friendly environment and not to forget the fun experience with coffee and cocktails while enjoying their pamper sessions. It's such a welcoming place for both employees working at this place and the clients coming to get their manicures and pedicures done. I'd say every lady should at least once in a lifetime have this amazing experience at one of the salons from London Grace which one will definitely not regret.
