average but not the best time to work there as during lockdown so home working made training difficult to carry out. Different times might of been better

Great people but its a high pressure sales environment so you gotta be a fast worker
If sales is what you're into then this could be the best job you ever get but if you value great customer service then maybe look elsewhere as they're all about the figures.

Targets are unrealistic with very little leeway if these are not met. You work extra hours and put a lot of effort in with very little return.

Headless Chicken, email spamming all day!
They have a reasonable set of products but the way they are delivered and executed leaves much to be desired. As with many businesses in the 20s they are heavy with middle management, therefore fewer people actually doing the key job of work and too many collating and needlessly (over) sharing the result. No wonder there are not profitable!

Long hours for low pay. NOT what they promised in the interview
They change the pay structure when enough people earn commission so it becomes more difficult. They do not deliver on the promises they make in the interview. The team is excellent and it's a fun place to work, when you're not stressing about not earning enough to live
