Pretty poor place to work

Poor work/life balance. Pay was ok but targets unrealistic when certain people are being looked after and the rest are left to fight it out for leads. Tough tough culture to get used to.

Starts from the top.. shocking culture/management

Sales Executive (Former Employee) - Blackburn, Lancashire - 15 July 2021

A single sales manager lead to the departing of over 10 sales execs in 12 months and someone refusing a job offer to start at a small Ford garage instead of this monster dealership! Need i say more?

Great sales team, long days/weeks well managed, stressful at times, love the sale of a car. great after sales department. Difficult sales admin team to work with.
