Demanding and tough

Working for LV is really good to get experienced and stress resillient. Very demanding, fast-paced and super target-oriented. Not the best middle managment, they do not work on peoples talents and just let you burn out. Hardly any benefits anymore. Sallary is based on comission (about 30%).

I have recently had a interview with the Louis Vuitton and I have been successful. The following questions were asked: Tell about your KPI's?
