Demanding and tough

Working for LV is really good to get experienced and stress resillient. Very demanding, fast-paced and super target-oriented. Not the best middle managment, they do not work on peoples talents and just let you burn out. Hardly any benefits anymore. Sallary is based on comission (about 30%).

A fantastic experience overall no complaints. I was very happy with being environmentally adaptable in store and remotely. I myself am a detail oriented and organised individual and suggest having a diary to keep track of everything also a client book.

Very competitive environment due to commission. Team work is not a big thing as everyone is hungry for money. No time for social life due to long hours

Bad management and favouritism m

Steer clear. Management are clique-ey. A lot of favouritism towards the people they want to progress and others who actually work hard, don’t get anywhere if they don’t fit in
