Presented as a fun company but actually typical
My experience here was frustrating due to higher management. Everyone I worked with on site was positive and good to work with. Unfortunately our area managers were always determined to cut our staffing levels down to the point where we were always stretched past the point of being able to give genuinely good service, just for the purpose of saving £30 of payroll during peak service hours. With the extra pair of hands we could have made this money back five times over. Also, area managers often came on site and would change our systems, despite not having to actually work with those systems, and thet would make things worse! Infuriating. So internally, good environment to work in. But this company presents itself as a soft friendly group when it is really just a standard large scale company. Pay is also awful, which is not unusual for the industry. Chef in Berkshire

A lot of promises with no changes!
As the title says, just make sure if you want something to happen them keep asking, management will forget! Good workers are over worked and bad workers are left to their own devices Front of House Supervisor in Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Avoid! Joke of a company
The role overall is stressful and a company that is a joke. General Management pick fault with everything and you are expected to go in on days off, if you are unavailable they question why. Great if you want to work 12 hour shifts with no break while General Management talk to you like dirt and do no work whilst trying to look busy. No work / life balance, and back of house disorganised. No organisation, chaos, constant staff turn over due to clickyness in the company. If your face doesnt fit your not welcome. Chef in Volpo

Don't go there
If you love disorganized chaos then this is perfect Absolute joke of a company 13hr shifts no time for prep customers order when they want creating kitchen back logs Managers and seniors mostly come from maccas and have little experience in a real resturant environment only those with woke ideals and gender identity issues are pushed forwardHead Chef in Derby, Derbyshire
