Recruitment done differently (and better)
Working here changed my opinion and perception of recruitment. The culture of putting people first and the values focused on providing the best service to clients and candidates are lived and breathed daily.As a former operator in the industry (as most of our staff are), we’re well placed to advise, support and guide, and I believe it helps us stand out as recruiters - because everyone cares.

Amazing and supportive team
Coming from a recruitment background I hit the ground running but the support from the whole team (even though I work remotely) has been second to none. The whole Love Care team and Love Recruitment team are the best teams I have ever been a part of. Everyone has their part to play, but the whole company work as one big unit which is great to be a part of.
