Answered 13 November 2018The intensity of the amount of information we are taking in during our initial weeks. The teachers are very patient but the pressure to get everything right that staff put themselves under before going on live calls seems immense. Simpler roles (non insurance) in other organisations, Would have longer training timeframes and that’s with much less to learn. Perhaps this is something LV could consider for future.

Answered 24 February 2019At the time, online application. Then a telephone interview, then a face to face interview. Fair few competency based questions, and a few technical questions. Now this was 7 years ago. I am confident the criteria will be different nowadays.
