Collaborative work place but pace of change is very slow. There are canteen facilities. Table tennis during lunch hours. Slow pace of change and confusion sometimes. Low annual pay increase. No job security, however.

Company with huge potential

... just not there yet, The management and workplace culture are not fit for purpose. They do a job but that's all - need to do a significant piece of investment around how all employees need to behave . Too many people who have been with the company since the year dot who think the company owes them a living !! Really enjoyed working here - benefits package was decent, office and facilities are decent.

A reasonable place to work

A reasonable place to work at . The people are friendly and there is a good work life balance. Systems are changing as current systems are a bit antiquated although hardware is up to date. Staff benefits are reasonable and there is a growing LGBT culture.

Relaxed but rigid environment

Relaxed but rigid environment, very slow moving at times. Lots of training opportunities, but management can sometimes be perceived as hands-off. A lot of knowledge sitting within the team, but teams tend to be a bit silo-ed (not much interaction unless you HAVE to work with other teams). The hardest part of the job is to work out who are all the different stakeholders which have to be dealt with, and to get materials complied by the legal department. The most enjoyable part of the job is to have very supportive and helpful colleagues whenever needed.
