Since 2004, Macc Care have been devoted to providing a home-from-home, for those who are no longer able to manage daily life without regular care or nursing assistance. Our passion and commitment has seen us grow to 6 dedicated care homes in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton area.

Macc Care’s core values encompass; Love, Caring and Compassion. These three qualities are represented by the ‘Rose’ which is a consistent feature within the names of our homes and is a symbol of cherished new beginnings. Realised through our dedicated staff members; these characteristics sit at the core of Macc Care’s spirit, and ring true throughout our homes.

I worked for ideal for 12 months And if your face doesn’t fit them you won’t fit in. Horrible atmosphere to work in, poor management skills. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me £1500 a month

Horrible management

I worked at this home for e few months .The management was horrible they only care about money not the residents at all .There not benefits working for macc care the staff are not valued , you would think they would realise why turnover is high . No incentive to work over time or bank holidays ,worked us like horses and managers treat you like dirt on your shoe .Work on your management style .
