Avoid! Management dont care about their staff

If your face doesnt fit u will be singled out from management ….. poorly run some staff are having to carry other staff through a 12 hour shift, no support from management… alot of back stabbing… residents are lovely odd few staff are nice & welcoming… very short staffed, new starters are just thrown in at the deep end and expected to know what they are doing even if they are new to care. Ultimately not a nice place to work avoid it

I worked for ideal for 12 months And if your face doesn’t fit them you won’t fit in. Horrible atmosphere to work in, poor management skills. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me £1500 a month

Fast paced working environment

Great place to work for management is wonderful although company can be stingy e.g. won’t get paid extra for bank holidays Christmas. It is very fast paced so if you are a slow worker this is not for you.
