Together, all the way

We're a global leader in container trade and logistics. And we're embarking on an industry-defining transformation that will change the way the world moves. It’s a big moment for all of us – and we all have our part to play. Are you ready?

We welcome everyone to share in our values. They’re the basis for our legacy and our guiding star for the future. At Maersk we pride ourselves on uprightness and constant care. It’s about being honest and fair, having the courage to speak up, showing respect and doing the right thing. Whether it's doing everything we can to give our customers the best possible service, finding better ways to look after our people or driving sustainability initiatives, we always want to meet our responsibilities head on today, and improve for tomorrow.

Humbleness is also important to us. We know that if we're going to make our transformation a success, we have to acknowledge that we don't always have all the answers. Making everyone’s voices heard, recognising new expertise and empowering people to share knowledge are key to ensure future success.

Good company overall
Look after staff with spot rewards, like £100 vouchers for everyone etcJob isnt difficultBut a lot of long timers there so its stuck in its ways, and you cant really see routes for progressionBig company though, so lots of perks and WFH availability is a bonus

Place for any background peaple. Not even checking if CRB is genuine.
Employing anyone from street. Not the greatest option for long term job. Managers not expierenced 0 competency, no problem solving not helpfull, no value for service lenght and expierence

Dont work for Maersk Tamworth
Dont work for this company, absolute bunch of idiots that dont know what theyre doing. Using mhe that aint fot for purpose and management think its ok to walk around the warehouse whilst on the phone and dont think about mhe moving around. They dont even have pre use safety check records, they expect you to do ur safety checks on mhe and record them on paper, no back up copies of these.

At the moment there is quite a bit of change given the new leadership structure and the new CEO Vincent, but I believe this happens in all companies that want to evolve, grow and succeed. Internal comms could be improved, and there...
