Bad management

I got hired december 2021 and after a month of working there they sacked about 20 people and said it was because they had hired too many people and the christmas rush was over so they didn’t need us anymore, however the job description didn’t say anything about it being a seasonal job. The management didn’t let us know they were letting us go, we just wasn’t put on any shifts after christmas. When i started working here the management were very unprofessional and treated people differently, because i and a lot of others were new they would try and make us stand for over 6 hours whilst on shift but left the unprofessional colleagues to sit at check in and do nothing. They would also try and tell the new hirers that we HAD to do overtime because nobody else wanted to .

Good atmosphere and good people

Very fun place to work in. Team is young and energetic. Management are supportive and helpful. Generally very pleasant experience. Would recommend working with them.
