Appealing Bonus, strict office rules
Can earn good money here with a great bonus incentive but some of the office rules are a bit far fetched & also found the environment toxic at times. The training was okay but found was told to do somethings 1 way then found it was actually not correct, which was confusing. Not the worse place to work.Call Centre Agent in Nuneaton

Worst place I've ever worked
There is no communication between management. They do provide you with free tea/coffee/squash but you've only got 10 minutes throughout your shift for wee breaks or getting a drink. Training is VERY poor! Get told at your desk need someone on this job, this is how you do it! Poor communication with its cleaners.

Don’t do it
Central office in Nuneaton is the worst place I’ve ever worked. It’s like a prison camp, being timed on toilet breaks, being told when to book your holiday, overloaded and pressure to do more work then is possible, then penalised if you make an error. Great choice for flexible hours
As a cleaner I can choose the clients I want to go to and the amount of work I want. Great for my work-life balance. There is an app for my phone where I can choose the work I want.What would you say about your employer?
