Target driven environment

Management not often visible and the team leaders pretty much run the show. They have tight deadlines and challenging targets, which are achievable, with a can-do attitude and a hard work ethic - or maybe if a bonus was available! The shifts do tend to fly by quickly if you get your head down, have a good team around you and don't clock watch.

Modern day slavery work

The owners and management have no regard to people welfare, people are treated like machines and the breaks and the place is old and outdated. 20 mim unpaid lunch and 10 min unpaid break. They can find plenty of desperate workers in Bradford.
