Fun place to work
Culture is amazing. There is a real emphasis on the work life balance and they care about the staffs wellbeing. Really great place to work for someone looking for a healthy working culture.

all talk and no action
Promised a lot but delivered little. 'Cliques' often a popularity contest. One rule for some another for others. Management pull plans out of a hat and hope it works. Very little diversity considering its a central London office.

I worked at major players for a few months. Very cliquey, teams hardly integrate, you are sat in your teams working to core hours, no flexibility to run your own desk, the MD walks around asking how many calls you have done, no work life balance, cold calling lots and lots of KPIs and not even drinks on a Friday make up for their awful environment. They even have meetings every morning to discuss where you are with your work load. Smh don’t join this business!!!

Productive and a huge learning curve.
Learning the importance and the basic steps needed to be taken in order to amplify a brand was invaluable. I loved being on the phone and engaging with creatives directly as I am naturally client facing.
