Not a nice place to work

I have vast experience in what I do and had an area manager who does not, However, dictates and does not let you do your job. I have learned how not to treat people, the culture of the office is very negative and toxic. The only enjoyable part of the job is working with my staff and clients.The hardest part of the job was going in every day.I have never worked in recruitment where bonus is so poor yet senior management and directors do well, also there is no on-call pay so in affect people are working less than mnw and 24/7

Other than the lovely office staff, none !!

Fabulous company to work for

iv worked with major for 2 years now, i have had continuous progression, development and guidance from the most lovely co - workers. Major pride themselves on being a family feel culture where you can express your own individuality whilst being supported and encouraged to grow in your role. its a fun, friendly and productive environment with plenty of events and activity team building and i hope to be a part of major for the foreseeable future :)

Will never work for this agency

Dont do it they don't give full information Where i was sent no access to proper food and drink other than dinner break no other breaks in your shift the work place not even ok after 1shift I left there 1950 work practice really bad

I think major recruitment are fantastic, very professional. Communicate very well, daisy at MerciA park is fantastic.Just their client who i worked with was the problem,but that's out of their hands and it's a shame as they were an agency I had trust in.
