Great support and management at the home I worked in.Would benefit from slightly higher pay but that is care unfortunately. Lovely service users and staff.

This current job for the caretaker is for 11 hours over 5 days that is 2hours 20 mins per day , what sort of work is being done during that time ,the only thing that can be done in that time is opening and closing the building
