Over all
It is a lovely place to work, but it may not be the right fit for everyone. Some people feel stressed or not listened to. Some of the staff are lovely. Just the odd few gossippers. The salaries are alright. Team work vibe is most of the time there. Any way overall not a bad place to work and each day is different. Early Years Practitioner in Bridgwater, Somerset

Undervalued, underpaid and disrespected.
I have had a horrendous experience with this company, gone above and beyond in my job role, purely to be treated with the upmost disrespect and hateful behaviour. Not supported through any difficulties both within and outside the work place and the senior management team/head office are BULLIES and will do almost anything to avoid having their own name and the company name tarnished, despite allowing inappropriate activities to take place in the setting. If you are to bring issues to their attention you are made to feel patronised and of course these issues are NOT addressed. I have left this job role with extra experience in struggling with my mental health and never wanting to work in the sector again. Early Years Educator in Torquay, Devon

Great nursery
I love working for Mama Bears, the staff team are so friendly and supportive. Each member of staff has extensive knowledge of Childcare and Early Years. They keyworker system works fantastically, with great communication for when a keyworker is not there. The children are wonderful! There are great opportunities for career progression and training.Nursery Manager in Devon

Great work place
I have worked at Mama Bear's for 8 years now, and have been able to work my way up from a EYE to a nursery manager. Mama Bear's have really supported me through this and the management team have been amazing! Mama Bear's value their staff and are always trying their best to support staffs wellbeing and thinking of new ways to show staff how they really do appreciate everyone. I would definitely recommend working for them!Nursery Practitioner Level 3 in Plymouth, Devon
