In 2022, MAN Commercial opened our own Training Academy, where we are able to offer HABC-accredited SIA training for our employees, as well as customer service, fire marshal, first aid and toolbox talks.

Could be paid better the cost of living is on the rise
Most of their site pays just minimum wage which very poor compared with the cost of living & they must be quoting very low to claints to be able to afford to pay that to security staff cheap company man commercial protection, they compare with bigger companies

Pressurised to Work none contractual hours. Avoiding contact with anyone at head office, due to the lack of integrity.Have zero interest in individuals. Their only interest is getting boots on the ground, and they even fail at that. They don't mess with pay but they don't care about there secruity officer working on site they just want to impress client, so the client will ask for you to do more jobs and you have to do it
