Answered 2 June 2019Proud! Considering the national minimum wage for 18 year olds is currently £5.90, I encourage every other student I talk to about jobs to join the Jobs4Students scheme and work with the uni for £8.77 an hour!

Answered 2 July 2020Be prepared to listen to their workforce and recognise the workload stresses they create, which is then counter productive. Get rid of annual reviews, as they are meaningless and a waste of time. Do what they promote, which is putting student first. This is a hogwash statement, as senior management care only for MMU as a business.
