Resourcing Consultant in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Awful place to work. Went in as an apprentice and was treat more like everyone’s PA. Do not feel effective training was ever given and had to teach myself. Was thrown in at the deep end within weeks and expected huge pay off and felt pressured every day. Everyone in the company is very “clicky” And if you are not the same they make you feel left out. I did all the same work as everyone else and never got the same rewards due to being an apprentice, if anything they would expect more from me in this position not less.
