How is feedback from management delivered at Manufacturing Technology Centre?

Poor communication especially in terms of feedback. Management would tell only one collegue in a team feedback and rarely that feedback would be distributed to others. Very quick to let you know when you have done something wrong and rarely acknowledge good work and celebrate staff.
