How should you prepare for an interview at Marie Curie?

9 answers

  • There's a good chance your interview will be on teams so you'll need to be comfortable using this technology

  • Don't even go for the interview, you will hate working here. Its not a good place to work and there way of doing things is so backwards it's unbelievable.

  • I have previously worked for Marie Curie, and the Palliative environment can be one of the most challenging, but rewarding environmental to work within. NB if you are looking to enter this amazing organisation the best piece of advice I could give is work on the basis that you could be a patient or relative and treat your patient how you would like to be treated.# dignity in care.

  • Research and read before the interveiw

  • Think about what questions you think they would ask you and try answer them before u go to the interview

  • If appropriate, do try to ask what your interviewer likes about working at MC; mine side-stepped the question.

  • Be on time read about the organisation.

  • Ask if management and nurses are as bad as described in reviews!

  • Be calm and confident
