Then your first week you will be paired with a Mentor who will teach you the Maritime way, be prepared for red tape lots of documents to sign that surrender all Maritimes responsibility if you don't follow their laid down safe systems of work.
Interview with depot manager
An interview followed by driving assessment. Expect the driving assessment to including reversing, coupling/uncoupling and a drive of around an hour and a half on local roads. Show you are responsible and you're on to a winner.
