As a tramper I hoped to be able to get maximum hours but no Parked up after 11 hrs could be on rest for 15 hrs what’s the point of tramping if not to make money The blokes working days 4 on 4 off earn more and are home each night Bonus scheme not worth a toss total impossibly to get full bonus

Double standards, some disrespectful office staff.
Reasonable wages and good facilities. Favours are done for certain drivers and they pick and choose there runs although office staff deny this. Bonus scheme is bordering on a scam. Some planners are good but some are absolutely terrible, there are planners that have no driving licence and no clue. Procedures to be followed at all times unless it suits office for you not to do so

marime transport are a good company to work for how ever there transport planners are pushy but overall a very good company to work for. Good pension and work support enviroment.
