Average 9-5 office job
Good job if you put your head down and don’t get involved with other workers. Otherwise it can be very cliquey and if your not the person they want they’ll make it known. Enjoyable job if you just get on and don’t mix in and involve too muchCustomer Service in Portsmouth, Hampshire

No benefits just overworked staff
Staff turnover is insane, if you have a week off you’ll come back to 15 new staff members. Constantly doing other people’s jobs with no support, management just expect you to get on with it, they expect you to do double your workload but won’t give you any time to do it. They will work you into the ground and then try and win you over by ordering a few pizzas. Only so much room for growth and the pay difference is so minuscule it’s not even worth it for the extra stress. Anonymous in London, England

Friendly workplace
The workplace is friendly and open. It doesn’t matter how new you are to the industry, they’ll welcome you in with open and arms and it’ll only be a few days before you feel right at home.Claims Advisor in London, England
