  • At first I enjoyed this job as I had great managers in Trafford and Manchester but then I moved to Rochdale and the managers were bullies .I was so surprised how different each store can be

  • I hold my head high. The staff are friendly from the top to the bottom. One great TEAM. Have landed on my feet here

  • Embarrassing

  • Very Proud to let People know I work their. My Mother worked their so I was always aware of what a good place it was mind not ft yet but that’s my main goal working for the company. It’s hard work at times especially whilst your own your own but I feel i I keep going I will succeed. I’ve realised in life to have realistic goals and if you set unrealistic goals your only going to be disappointed in any job. I have a degree yet I’m happy and work with great people which I feel very lucky to be in such a rewarding job.

  • Very excited with big smile.

  • After reading all comments regarding management lack of equality and diversity towards staff and disregard towards customers. M&S management urgently need to understand the consiquence of breaking the law.

  • I want to work for Marks and Spencer because when I visit their stores it is always a pleasant place to be with great products and really helpful staff. I would really enjoy and be motivated by a company who focus on customer service at the highest level.

  • The team are generally friendly managers are rude and demanding

  • I wouldn’t your put in a department and then left to your own devices because staff havnt got time to spend with you solely although staff are helpful managers just see you as another pair of hands
