Answered 5 December 2020Depends if you are temp or not. Temps get treated with less respect because most of them leave but more valuable members of staff get treated better. I get all the overtime I want. Just work hard
Answered 25 February 2020Depends what kind of store you go to. Bigger department stores can be more organised but there are loads of middle managers so conflict can occur. Simply Food stores can be more organised as well but fewer admin staff to talk to. Better in a simply food id say.

Answered 29 September 2020Look up some of the history of marks and Spencer's (how it all started) it is a customer service based role so you need to show you will basically go above and beyond for the customer. There will be a role play involved where you must show case this.
